Your receptionist reads this before it offers any time, and puts every booking straight into it. It only uses the times you are busy, never what your appointments say.

Apple does not have a sign-in button for this, so it takes one extra minute:

Go to account.apple.com and sign in.
Open Sign-In and Security, then App-Specific Passwords.
Make one called Norvi, copy it, and paste it below. You can remove it there any time, and Norvi stops seeing your calendar at once.
